At Casket Wraps Inc., every product we create is custom-designed and personalized for each individual order. Because of the nature of our work, our refund policy is structured to protect both our customers and our business while ensuring quality and fairness.

Custom Orders – No Refunds After Approval

All custom casket inserts are made specifically for your loved one.

🚫 Once your design has been approved and sent to production, the order is final and non-refundable.

This includes:

Custom names, dates, and text
Uploaded photos
Personalized artwork and layouts

We strongly encourage you to carefully review your design proof before giving final approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before design work has started
Once design work has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund

Design Errors / Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Correct spelling of names
Accurate dates and details
Final approval of design proof

🚫 We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final design.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work.

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (not matching your approved design)

✅ You may be eligible for a replacement at no cost

To request a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Shipping delays
Missed delivery dates
Carrier-related issues (FedEx or other providers)
